also... this was not corporate blackberry - but retail... and as you know, i upgraded software thru ATT

no advice for me on how to get the software to work right?

I am baffled why we can't save the settings file.
I have only seen that if the device memory is full or the
device is in mass storage mode. After was out of mass
storage mode, you deleted the flycast directory and then
reran FlyCast, correct? I am not sure what else to suggest
except maybe reboot after these steps. Maybe someone
else on the forums will chime in.
